Face to Face Sales Coaching Engagement Duration:

There are no fixed periods of engagement and you may need one session for a very specific reason such as preparation for an important sales meeting or you might be looking for a 3 or 6 month engagement to provide you or a member of your team with a sharp increase in sales effectiveness.

Number Of Attendees:

Depending on the type of engagement the maximum number of attendees is 4 people. One to one face to face sales coaching is suitable for more personal coaching around areas such as motivation, cold call reluctance, limiting beliefs around sales and sales performance, whilst group coaching is more suited towards more technical and skills based training. Of course, behavioural and skills based sales coaching can be combined with individual based coaching. As an example we can attend sales meetings with your sales reps, sales executives, business development managers or key account managers. We can observe how they prepare, how they run the meeting and how they follow up after the meeting.

Face To Face Sales Coaching Structure:

Because of the flexibility of the sales coaching there can be multiple structures to work to. That’s one of the main benefits  of sales coaching. Every new client will undertake the initial phase 1 sales diagnostic and after that we will agree on the most appropriate course of action.

Phase 1 Diagnostic: The phase 1 diagnostic is a three part process. In part 1 you complete an online questionnaire designed to identify your sales challenges, your experience, the solutions you have tried, your timescales, your desired outcomes and any specifics relating to a ‘pressing challenge’ such as an upcoming sales meeting with an important client. We use this Part 1 questionnaire to undertake a minimum of 30 minutes research of your situation prior to spending time with you or your employee. Part 2 is either a half day or full day spent with an individual or a group. The location can be your office, a clients location or even a new sales prospect meeting. If there is determined to be a need then we can look at ongoing sales coaching as phase 2. Phase 3 is a follow up email from your sales coach indicating the areas discussed and any agreed action points.

The investment for the Phase 1 process is

Initial Half Day = £650

Initial Full Day = £950

Phase 2 Face to Face Sales Coaching: The initial phase 1 diagnostic may be followed up with regular face to face sales coaching sessions to dig deeper into the challenges you are facing or to provide someone to hold you accountable for weekly and monthly goals and activities. Coaching sessions can be held weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on your requirements.

Phase 2 Sales Coaching Investment is:

Ongoing face to face  sales coaching session, half day is  £500

Ongoing face to face  sales coaching session, full day is  £790
