Below are some answers to some of the questions we get asked a lot. They might help you decide if there is enough of a fit between our expertise and your requirements to begin a conversation with us.

Do you have a specialism?

We work across multiple Industries including Software, Telecoms,  IT and Manufacturing but the main thrust of our work is Business To Business Sales (B2B). We do not specialise in Business To Consumer (B2C) Sales and may not be the best fit for your company if you are looking for an off the shelf B2C training course.

Do you work solely in one Industry?

No we don’t. We do know there are companies that specialise in working within one Industry such as the Print Industry, the Recruitment Industry and specialist Manufacturing niches. They usually align themselves with the trade body and promote from there. When we have worked with companies that are looking for something different it is because, like us, they understood that a training organisation delivering the same training to the vast majority of the companies in one Industry was creating a uniform approach. All companies tend to approach things in the same way so there is no competitive difference. Also the training companies tend to have a limited exposure to new approaches, new ideas and best practices from across multiple industries.

Can you give me your ‘quick pitch’ as to why we should choose you?

In short, No. The pitch is a one way dialogue that seeks to tell a ‘prospect’ why a company is the best choice before the prospect moves on in the search. If this is what you’re looking for we probably aren’t a good fit for you. How can we tell you why our expertise is a good fit to help you solve your problem or reach your goals, if we don’t have enough information about your circumstances? If you would like to see if there is a good fit between us then all we ask is around 20 minutes (on the telephone)  for us to understand your circumstances. At the end of that time we will both have a good idea if  there is value in working together and we  can agree on the next actions. If you can’t invest 20 minutes to see if we can help then we probably aren’t a good fit. You may, however,  be early in your hunt and just need some budgetary figures.
