Very Often I get asked a sales question like this where the person taking sales training wishes to know the secret sales tips and techniques that will make every sale.
The very first thing I do is remind myself and them of one of my favourite sayings from Dale Carnegie:
“There is only one way…to get anybody to do anything….And that is by making the other person want to do it”
That should be the basis of all ethical negotiation and influence training.
